Internship Position: Head of Youth In Tech Conference Planning
Job Description:
We are excited to offer a summer internship opportunity for a professional or post-graduate student looking to acquire or enhance practical skills in leading, coordinating, engaging stakeholders, corporate partners, and Education Institutions. This role, Head of Youth In Tech Conference Planning, will provide hands-on experience leveraging STM resources for event planning, project management, and leadership. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive delivery plan for STM’s Youth In Tech Conference scheduled for January 2025.
- Generating program ideas and planning engaging activities to promote participation.
- Coordinating with various STM team members and external partners to ensure successful execution of the conference.
- Overseeing logistics, scheduling, and communication related to the conference.

- Basic understanding of project management principles.
Duration: Summer internship (12 weeks), starting May 27 and ending August 16.
Location: Remote
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship opportunity as part of STM’s Imagine the Growth Summer program.
