Internship Position: Summer Intern – Research and Financial Analyst

opportunity for a motivated learner to join our ImagineTheGrowth Summer Internship Program.
Job Description: As a Summer Intern at STM, you will play a vital role in various corporate research
initiatives and financial analysis processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting industry research and identifying avenues for meaningful partnerships.
- Cultivating strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including corporations, universities, and
educational institutions, to drive collaborative projects. - Supporting the finance team in compiling and analyzing data for financial reporting.
- Engaging in bi-weekly virtual sessions with STM executive leadership to foster networking
opportunities, promote collaboration, and receive mentorship and coaching.
Qualifications: We’re seeking individuals currently enrolled in relevant academic programs or recent
graduates with: - Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial analysis concepts is a plus but not required.
Reporting Structure: The successful candidate will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Duration: Summer internship (12 weeks), starting May 20 and ending August 12.
Location: Remote
Compensation: This is a non-paid internship opportunity as part of our PayingItForward volunteer
program.
